ICS hired Headscape to thoroughly review their online offering and design and build a completely new site.
During the research phase we carried out an expert review and facilitated many stakeholder interviews both internal and external. One of the chief aims of the redesign was to add a feeling of modern professionalism that was very much part of the ICS ethos but was being translated to some audiences where they were seen as old-fashioned and stuffy.
The site runs on Headscape’s content management system.
