Project Manager
Charlie Allen
Charlie has managed web projects for over 12 years. Before that he worked in IT and production management including VC funded ventures, some of which still survive today. His journey post MSc was into multimedia; publishing interactive multimedia software on floppy disks, laserdisks, Phillips CDi's and then the envitable CDROMs. This was followed by a dose of very nice reality and book publishing. To warm up for Headscape he worked for an outsourcing business that used a sophisticated web application as part of their core proposition. It was ambitious, ahead of its time and they are still successfully in business today.

What has been your favourite project to work on and why?
Wiltshire Farm Foods: being a large and complex transactional site with a substantial and varied user base it plays an important role in many peoples lives.
Do you have a hobby or interest we should know about?
l am lucky enough to cycle to the barn through the countryside, which is a great start and finish to the working day. At work I love when we are at the scoping stage on a complex technical piece and I’m chucking ideas back and forth with my colleagues seeing the concepts emerge into tangible neat considered deliverables.
